If you want to cancel your order, we offer the possibility to send you a return label, which you can use to send your unopened products back to us.
Please send us a quick e-mail to email@example.com and we will provide you with a label. All you have to do is to print the label and attach it to the package. You can then return the package at any post office close to you.
As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, we will reimburse you.
For all our Swiss clients:
Sadly, we are not yet able to offer a free return of the merchandise from Switzerland. Swiss clients have to return the package to our local warehouse at this adress:
