If you just placed your order, please contact us via telephone. We have the possibility to interfere and stop the order usually within the first hour after you place it.
After that we no longer have the possibility to stop the shipment due to automated storage and shipping processes. If you have the option, you can simply refuse to accept the package and it will be returned directly to our warehouse. If this is not possible, you can contact us to receive a return label by email.
