If you just placed your order, please contact us via telephone. We have the possibility to interfere and stop the order usually within the first hour after you place it.
If it is too late to cancel the order, you can reject the delivery. This way, the post will send it back to us after a few days and you will receive the reimbursement as soon as the package comes back to our warehouse.
You can also contact our customer service in order to request a return label in case you have already received your products. Please just make sure that all the products are unopened.
