In the case of a lactose intolerance, the tolerance can vary considerably. Therefore, you may be able to tolerate some products with small amounts of lactose.

These products contain small amounts of lactose (here your personal sensitivity determines whether you tolerate the products)
- Whey Protein (about 3 g)
- 3K Protein (4-5 g)
- Bio Protein and Shape Shake (about 3-4 g)
- The shakes all contain small amounts of lactose. Depending on how strong the intolerance is, you may still react. The Whey Protein and the Bio Protein contain the least lactose.
- Protein Bars
- Protein Bars with Extra Chocolate (again, depending on sensitivity)
- The Bars all contain to 100 g below 4 g lactose)
- Brownies and Pancakes (depending on sensitivity, but only 2-4 g lactose)
- Protein Bread (the bread should contain max 1 g lactose per 100 g)
