You can already lose weight when you reach your calorie deficit during the day. A high-protein diet will help you to stay full and get less cravings. Replace sweet snacks with low-calorie, healthy snacks (such as nuts, wholemeal bread with hummus or avocado, fruits, etc.)
To increase your calorie burning take advantage of everyday opportunities to be active (stairs instead of elevators, bicycles instead of cars or trains, etc.)
