Preparation:
Mix 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of 3K protein with 300 ml of water or low-fat milk. First pour the liquid into the shaker, then add a portion of 3K Protein Powder and shake well for 20 - 30 seconds. For optimal results, take 1 - 2 servings daily immediately after training or in the evening.
Our tip:
3K Protein contains Casein Protein, which supplies the body for up to 7 hours. Therefore, it is not only ideal for endurance athletes, but also directly before sleep to supply the muscles overnight. After training we recommend Whey Protein as a change, because it is available to your muscles very quickly.
